Made-to-order pieces require the production time stated in the product description. Once ready, they will be delivered the next day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Payment Process
A secure payment link will be sent to the phone number provided once your order is placed. Orders will only be processed after the payment has been successfully completed through the link.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement (subject to availability), the item must be unworn and in its original condition.
